Landmark Square residents enjoy independence with many services and amenities on-site. All condominium units are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a washer and dryer. Residents have underground heated parking. Maintenance of the grounds and common areas are managed by Landmark Square Condo Association.

Some of the services available to independent living residents at Landmark Square include:

Dining Services

  • Options are available for lunch/dinner from “Fresh Meals on Wheels.” Meals are delivered daily to owners.

  • Maintenance Services for an addtional cost:

  • Fireplace clean-up and safety checks
  • Washer, dryer, air conditioning, furnace, and garbage disposal repairs
  • Move resident items to and from storage units
  • Miscellaneous: humidifiers, furnace filters, smoke detectors

  • Also Onsite:

    Silvia’s Salon, air and nail care, and massages. Hair care includes cuts, styles, colors, and perms. Nail care includes manicures and pedicures. All services, including massages with a Licensed Massage Therapist are available by appointment only. Silvia’s Salon is located on the 2nd floor near the East Wing Tuesday through Friday - by appointment.

    Fitness Center, Landmark Square’s Fitness Center is open at all times for the purpose of enjoying the fitness equipment at your leisure. Exercise classes are scheduled and posted regularly. Cost starts at $4.00 per session. The Fitness Center is located on the 3rd floor near the East Wing.

    First Floor Common Area, This area, located directly off the main entrance, is available for use to enjoy relaxing, lounging, or socializing at any time. This space includes a fireplace, a Kitchenette, dining tables, several seating areas, and access to an outdoor terrace. The First Floor Common Area can be used to entertain guests or reserved for any private occasion. Capacity of the room is 30 people.

    Fourth Floor Common Area, Located directly off the main entrance elevator is the Fourth Floor Common Area. This space includes several seating areas for use to enjoy relaxing, lounging, or socializing at any time. The Fourth Floor Common Area is also available for entertaining guests or to reserve for private occasions.

    Nemschoff Commons, This room is located in the lower level of Landmark Square, and can be divided into two separate rooms. Specialty meals and other events are scheduled in this space throughout the year. The Nemschoff Commons is available for you to reserve for private use.

    There are frequently scheduled events and entertainment for residents including: holiday parties, weekly bridge club, and many other opportunities to socialize. All Landmark Square events are optional – residents who wish to lead a more private lifestyle are free to do so.
